PILATES Services

Pilates is an exercise based activity that focuses on good mobility and control of the body. Our clinical pilates and exercise classes are individualised to your unique needs based on your 1:1 individual assessment before coming into our 2:1 classes. Our highly qualified physiotherapists have years of pilates experience and love to treat a wide variety of injuries and needs. They have worked with age ranges from as young as 8 to 92 years old- proving that pilates is for everyone!

Our physiotherapists have also worked closely with a variety of athletes including AFL/W and WAFL footballers, NBL basketballers. professional cricketers, rugby and hockey players as well as the everyday athlete!

PRICE LIST:

Initial consult (required to do classes): $135

1:1 classes (30 mins): $90 per person

Block of 6 sessions (1:1): $85 per person

2:1 classes (45 mins): $85 per person

Block of 6 sessions (2:1): $80 per person

All clinical pilates at East Vic Park is rebatable by private health insurance.

Throughout years of experience, we have specifically chosen a 2:1 model as opposed to larger classes as we believe that enables the best care and individualisation for you!

CLASS TIMETABLE (more classes to come!) :

Monday/Thursday:

  • 7-7:45am

  • 7:45-8:30am

  • 8:30-9:15am 

Tuesday/Friday:

  • 3:15-4pm

  • 4-4:45pm

  • 4:45-5:30pm 

Classes will run for the above 45 minute duration with the option to utilise our self-guided warm up/cool down station set up in the studio. This will ensure that you are ready to make the most out of your class and finish off stretching/rolling out any sore spots afterwards!

How to book:

Click on “Book Appointment” button at the top right of the page and select “Book an appointment” and then “Pilates” for the initial assessment. You MUST have done an initial assessment to be able to book into classes.
